Mark VanWell, owner, is a lifelong resident of the Puget Sound Area, Mark brings 34 years of business experience in home building and commercial construction. We are excited to create and execute a positive project experience for everyone involved. Beyond work, Mark enjoys spending time with friends and family, as well as exploring new destinations through travel.
Teresa Lewis, CMKBD, our award-winning Certified Master Kitchen and Bathroom Designer has 24 years of experience. She meets with our clients to discuss choices and options that will bring their personal dreams and desires to life with polished style.

Our Community Commitment...
Over the years, Choice Carpentry’s commitment to our clients has extended to our community as well. Our carpenters have volunteered their expertise and time to install finish trim in homes for Habitat for Humanity, construct wheelchair ramps and decks for Rebuilding Together, and provided set-up carpentry for the Festival of Trees benefiting Mary Bridge Children’s Hospital. We look forward to future opportunities to continue serving our community.
We also provide added value to our clients as active members in our local chapters of the Master Builders Association, Remodelers Council, Design Professional Council and National Kitchen and Bath Association supporting legislative and industry issues. We appreciate the many hours of volunteer work by our designer, Teresa Lewis, Certified Master Kitchen & Bath Designer, who served on the boards of the National Kitchen & Bath Association and Remodeler’s Council for many years.

Torin Sundberg
Torin Sundberg – Project Manager received a bachelor's degree from Washington State University. He estimates projects, coordinated subcontractors and ensures the projects run efficiently. He enjoys vacationing, his new puppy and time spent with his friends & family.
