Our Process
Phase One: Inquiry
Every project begins with our sales and design team reaching out to connect with you. During our inquiry call, we learn more about your vision and answer questions regarding budget, timelines, next steps, and more.
Phase Two: Consultation
Our in-person consultation is all about getting to know you and your vision for your home. We review the scope of work and discuss any potential challenges that may arise during your project. We take preliminary measurements, photographs, and discuss your priorities.
Phase Three: Proposal & Contract
Our proposals are composed with you overall vision which our team collaborates on with personalized options for each project. We present our preliminary design and construction budget & or fixed costs depending on the project. We review the scope of work, project goals, and next steps before heading into the contracting phase. Once all preliminary designs and budgets are reviewed, we will prepare a construction contract for your project.
Phase Four: Design
We will create floor plans and layouts with 3D views, select materials, finishes, and fixtures including cabinetry, countertops, flooring, wall treatments, plumbing fixtures, lighting, and any additional materials requiring selection. As we work together to select materials and confirm design, our superintendents are working on preparing your project schedule and sending project notifications for what you can expect while we are working in your home.
Phase Five: Construction
Our superintendents and project managers work closely with our designers to make sure every project runs smoothly, on time, and
within budget. Our designers will provide advice on options and solutions when challenges arise.
Clients have access to all relevant information, including project timelines, selections, change orders, photos, and more
through our weekly updates and constant communication. Every project will receive a weekly update supplying you with detailed information on what project milestones were completed this week and what you can expect in the weeks ahead.
Our design-construction model allows us to be efficient and collaborative not only internally but with our clients. We manage
the entire construction and design process from planning to completion.
